- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer clients a discount when they sign up for a monthly maintenance for one year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an initial meeting with clients to determine their needs and review bank statements. Once it is determined the number of entries per month, I put together a quote for either monthly ongoing support or one time account clean ups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of science in business administration as well as QBO training.
