I’d select all 5 options if possible. Ryan with RCT met us to give us a bid for a new construction trash clean up and rough grade after frame completion. Not only did he do these things as promised, on budget and on the date we scheduled. He’d also scrapped the property entrance and road frontage, trimmed a few cedar tree bunches to demonstrate how much he could clean things up. We had such a positive experience before hand that we’d also contracted them to come spread 4 loads of road base that he’d also surprised us and brought a large roller that we hadn’t anticipated. I’ve referred him to other friends and family that can share the same positive experience. RCT is also now scheduled to meet us this weekend (5/20/24) to discuss doing a final grade and to include sod and some other landscaping. We’ve allowed RTC to use photos of our project to share on their social media as a partial representation of their quality work. We will share after photos once we complete the sod and landscape. Hope this helps your decision if you’re in the fence wether or not to commit to their services.

Ryan and his team have far exceeded my expectations of the time that it took to complete the job and their professionalism. Not only do they do amazing work but they're great guys who I wouldn't mind having on my property at any time. They're always welcome back. Thanks guys!
