Vince provided our audience with a powerful real life example of how proper planning can lead to extraordinary success or extraordinary failure. This story resonated with our audience of project managers as they know all too well the importance of planning and the cost of not doing it properly. This closing presentation was something different and welcomed by our group. I've seen Vince speak to large teams many times. He was always able to tailor his presentation to the level and needs of the audience and real world situations from real world experience. Vince works at a very human level and does not sound like a lecturer but more like a committed team leader. He commands natural respect and credibility with people of all ages and backgrounds. Although Vince is not Hispanic he speaks eloquently in Spanish as well as English and has a great understanding of the Hispanic culture. Vince is a wonderful partner to have in any endeavor.

Mr. Alvardo is one of the best when it comes to digging in deep and looking for strategies that will make you successful, also as a speaker he is always very well prepared and knowledgeable of his topic. Mr. Alvarado knows how to capture your attention and open your mind to think outside the box , plus he fills you up with energy due to the passion he puts in when he speaks. He is truly inspirational.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet with them to understand their needs, this is not a one size fits all business.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I work for Wal-Mart and always got the ugliest worst performing stores and regions. I was good a taking broken programs, doing what needed to be done and make them work like a fine clock. I love making bad performance into a winning program. I enjoy see people grow and mature into great leaders.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Helping them work on their business not working in their business, going from just being another employee to a leader.
