Jake is definitely the most skilled guitar teacher I've had and overall a great guy. He can do any genre of music you throw at him any style. He creates a lesson plan based around your goals and does everything step by step without overwhelming you with loads of information. I would highly recommend his services.
Great singer, great teacher. Kylah possesses considerable knowledge of vocal technique and musicianship. She maintains this without losing touch with the primary propose of music; to enjoy the music itself. One can not ask for more when searching for a vocal teacher.
Amir Neubach has been teaching my son for more than 2 years, and I am amazed by the progress he made. Amir is a fantastic guitarist but more important he is a great teacher and it's a rare gift. Before Amir, We tried several teachers but nothing stuck. Amir manages to teach my son according to his needs and his unique taste in music (which is rock music and heavy metal), in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. My son is only 12 years old and he can play complicated guitar solos, fully motivated and making progress every day. Amir encourages him to develop his talent, play with friends and even start creating his own music. I would highly recommend Amir to anyone who is serious about playing guitar and loves music.
Celil is an amazing teacher who is currently pursuing a doctorates at the University of Texas at Austin in Classical guitar. He has traveled the world and won several classical guitar competitions including GFA. He is one of the best guitarists in the world and you would be luck to have him as your teacher. He is a very patient, kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. Just with a few lessons you will improve dramatically in your skills. Celil being from Turkey and focusing on Latin American music brings in a diversity that is unique in his playing that you will love. You will definitely not regret hiring Celil!
Nick can play several different instruments fluently and is an amazing guitar player. He is also a really good instructor and does a great job of explaining the basics of guitar playing. Whether you are a beginner like me or more advanced and looking to improve you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better. He can hear in almost perfect pitch so whether it's vocals or instruments you're looking to learn you won't be disappointed. One thing I appreciate is that he's a no nonsense kind of teacher. He expects you to want to put in the necessary time and energy to improve. If you don't care enough to put in the effort then he won't hold your hand. He will make every effort to work out a schedule but if you flake or are not fully committed then he will not work with you. But if you are really serious about learning the guitar, keyboard, or vocals then you should definitely give him a call.
Kimberly was professional while at the same time tapping into the human side of our event with her music. She plays beautifully and has a delightful voice. Ours was a small event at our house, and she made it memorable!
Deuce helped me produce several electro-pop songs. He was very good about listening to exactly what I wanted, and was able to work around my creative style. He improved my arrangements, and added much-needed dynamics to my tracks. He's a gifted musician, and sensitive to his clients' artisic needs.
The music was so wonderful! The family and guest at my wedding enjoyed the music. The sound was professional and would highly recommend it. Thank you Taylor!
They played at our Christmas party and they were perfect! Would definitely hire again!
I'm so glad we found Brittany to play at our wedding!! She was so easy to work with, and very responsive to our requests. She easily accommodated our special song requests, and helped us pick out other beautiful songs to fill the ceremony. She arrived at our venue on time and ready to play, and did so fantastically well. She is a very talented musician, and our guests commented on how much they loved the harp music; it was the perfect accompaniment to our wedding day. It was an excellent experience working with her - probably one of the easiest vendors we worked with in our wedding planning process overall. I would very highly recommend her for any wedding or other event, and would gladly hire her again.
I have interviewed Animal Abstrakt twice on my podcast, and he is excellent to work with. Not only does he put out some amazing music, he’s incredibly professional and will work with your schedule. I recommend working with him in any capacity you can.
I loved working with Turner who played the music for my daughter's semi-outdoor wedding, seating and ceremony. He played the songs we asked for beautifully, plus other other beautiful songs as well! I wish we had used him for MORE special music! I loved it! He was on time and fit into the ceremony easily without having to be at the rehearsal. I thought his price was reasonable compared to one other quote I received. THANK YOU, Turner, for helping to create a beautiful ceremony for our family!
Excellent vibe and music!
Ed is one of those one in a million musicians who is both natural and articulate with really abstract musicality and creativity aspects of playing and music, and also among the most studied, dynamic, open, and monster chop having musicians I've ever encountered. I've played on a dozen or so recordings with him and Ed always exudes a warm, fun, relaxed, but focused vibe that makes everybody play their best. He would be an ideal choice both for a beginner to get on the right track or a more seasoned player that needs a mentor.
Gil del Bosque is a skillful teacher and diagnostician with both feet on real-world ground. Gil is a saxophonist performing in the Austin area, which helps keep the focus on *creating the music and sound* the student is seeking. Yes the "academic" information is there too, but the focus is creating the sound and music you want to make. In the first lesson Gil pinpointed critical embouchure issues that made a remarkable change in my practice that week. In each of the next 2 lessons (I've had 3 so far) Gil has seen and corrected issues which made noticeable improvements each time for the week's practice. Quality of sound is paramount to me, and I'm hearing improvements weekly. Realistic steps forward. I'd especially like to mention how flexible and reality-based our working lessons are. There are no achievement expectations - that is, Gil listens to where you are *now* and works from there. It's irrelevant whether it took 2-3 hours of practice a day or 20 minutes every other day to get there -- you are where you are. [Put another way, no wasted time on reviewing your practice schedule; just get on with the next thing.] Assignments may not sound fun or glamorous, but they *are* effective and therefore rewarding because I'm making progress. Gil works easily with the excited kid in me who (finally) has a new tenor sax while keeping the discussion on an adult level. If you want to play music and think you're too old or it has been too long since you last took a look at notes on a staff, I say go with Gil. My last ("real") music lesson was 51 years ago, and my last music class was in 6th grade (almost 50 years ago, when we played soprano recorders for a few weeks). Even so, I'm making progress in creating good sound on my tenor sax.
We had Matt as a teacher for three years, for our children. He was so talented and such a blessing. I am quit convinced that Matt would be able to successfully take on any challenge he is given.
Doc is a great teacher. He is patient and encouraging with his students and he's an amazing player with real-world credentials to back up his teaching. I've learned so much from him even in just a few lessons, can't wait for the next one!
Service was amazing! Keep friends and family on the dance floor amazing music selections! All around perfect experience could of asked for anything better. I highly recommend him and I'll be using his services again.

I perform about 40 weddings per year, usually hired out by other wedding musician companies. Unlike these other companies, I specialize in custom song requests and can deliver modern music in a classical style.
