I love Drew’s classes! Before training with Drew, I had never worked out much before, but she turned me into a Pilates addict. Her positive spirit and encouragement make the classes super approachable and FUN (her playlists are amazing). Each class is very challenging, but Drew leads by example, explaining and demonstrating each move, and offers constructive feedback for corrections when needed. After only a month training with Drew a few times a week I noticed more definition in my body, I was stronger and more flexible. I HIGHLY recommend training with Drew for any skill level.

Matthew is a trainer that even while being in a large group I still felt that he was able to instruct me and make me feel like the session was unique to me. He is really focused on technique and the overall results that can come from his workouts.

Annie has been training me with Pilates for several months now. She is extremely thorough and professional, and I am always impressed by her understanding of body mechanics. With her help, I've been able to take control of my back and shoulder pain as well as improve my posture, balance and strength. Her lessons extended past the reformer; she helped me fix things I was doing in my daily life that were making my problem worse. I recommend doing at least 2 sessions per week OR making sure that you do your homework!

    I am currently doing personal training sessions with Sarah Simmons 3 days a week for 30 minutes each. I found her at a gym but have since gone into privates because of her abilities to push me even further when it is one on one. She knows my skills and my abilities and is able to reach every inch of muscle I never knew I had. She's that trainer that doesn't just stand there counting every rep.....she's doing it with you! I am so motivated by her "you can do anything for 30 seconds" attitude that even when I think I'm done....I'll push for more. She has opened my mind up to so many aspects of dieting and exercise that I have learned life long goals to staying healthy. I PROMISE she won't disappoint. Sarah appreciates hard working women who are living the fast life but assures you that fitness is a necessity to make it through those long days......and now I'm a believer. Sarah Simmons ROCKS!
