- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's pretty simple all and all. We agreed to meet and go over what it is the customer Needs & Wants. And I make any suggestions that are necessary for consideration and through that process we get to know one another to achieve the customers ultimate goal of 100 % satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At a young age my family put me to work on any project that they could use me on. My father and all of my uncles are in the construction business. So you can say it started in the family.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
#1 Make sure he is insured #2. Make sure you are able to see at least photos of the work completed in the past. #3. Must have references if requested. #4. Clean cut and communicates clearly with confidence.
