Joe Howes comes from a multi-generational family of professional tuners and it shows! He was friendly and easy to work with, but also a consummate professional. My piano has never sounded better. Added bonus: he did NOT try to up sell anything!!!! I highly recommend him.

We got along famously - Joe H. is very knowledgeable about pianos and the repair (if needed) of same. He got my old 1905 Schaeffer in very good tune - and the YAMAHA is now perfect.
