Your property and needs are unique, so we personalize our services and pricing to meet your challenges and demands.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with a customer and walk their building to learn about their needs and challenges. We also provide copies of references for prospective customers to check. We also provide an in-depth proposal, including cleaning schedules, as well as recommendations for areas we suggest focusing on. Once agreed upon, we typically complete an initial cleaning "blitz" to address immediate needs, as well as to improve fist impressions for the customer and/or their tenants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our general manager is beginning his twenty-fifth year in the commercial janitorial industry. He started in the business at the ground level as a recent college graduate, learning the "nuts and bolts" of the industry as a hands-on manager before rising through the ranks. He utilizes his hands-on experience today to set high standards for our team and make a difference for all of our customers.
