My first time using Thumbtack was a huge success. Quick responses, quick estimate, great job on floors! When floors were complete, the process of moving a bookshelf (with a pebble underneath) scratched the luxury vinyl. Eric insisted on replacing those planks even though I told him doing so was not necessary and that I could barely see the scratch. What perfection! I highly recommend this company!

Eric and H&E Flooring are absolute professionals! Eric installed LVP throughout my mom’s home during her home renovation. He did nearly the entire house with baseboards, including all demo. He also picked up the flooring at floor & decor for us which saved us a delivery fee! So kind of him to do that. The finished work is amazing! Wow! I am so amazed at the incredible work H&E did! I replaced all the carpet in my home with LVP.
Eric worked with me to help make the best decisions for my home, and I couldn’t be happier. They were through, took their time and the outcome was incredible.
I did a lot of research on LVP installation before hiring a company as I have seen a lot of “fly by night” installation companies. H&E knows what it is doing and Eric is a true expert in flooring. You don’t need to worry for a second. I am so happy to have found them and hired them.

It was a pleasure hiring H&E flooring to install laminate flooring in my bedrooms. Eric was always punctual with appointment times and I truly appreciate his honest feedback when he gave me an in-person quote. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in finding the best solution for each individual customer. Prices will vary depending on a number of factors. Ex: laminate vs hardwood or tile vs carpet. All very different prices points for the materials and install of those materials depending on your particular preference.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically get a rough idea what our customers want for their homes. We set a time and date for a walk through to take measurements. We talk about possible product choices, ask detailed questions about the scope of work in order to get an accurate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attended multiple workshops for installation methods /procedures for interlocking, glued down and thin set products. Rest assured we will meet and uphold all manufacturing specifications for install.
