- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of design, material quality, and precision execution we bring to every project. We do not compete on being the lowest price — we compete on value, longevity, and refined results. Each proposal is customized based on scope, site conditions, and design intent to ensure the investment aligns with your goals. We’re transparent, detailed, and focused on delivering lasting impact rather than quick fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start with a consultation or estimate to discuss the project details and goals. After we’ve assessed the work, we provide a written estimate outlining the scope, materials, and projected timeline. Once the customer approves the estimate, we move forward with a contract agreement to ensure everything is clear and transparent. From there, we schedule the project start date, handle any necessary permits, and keep the homeowner updated throughout every step of the renovation. After completion, we do a final walkthrough together to make sure everything meets expectations before closing out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education began in the field, trained under a master tradesman in a business established in 1985. That early foundation instilled technical discipline, structural understanding, and an uncompromising attention to detail. Since taking over in 2017, I’ve continued refining my expertise in modern landscape design, site planning, and high-end exterior environments. My training is rooted in craftsmanship, applied design, and precision execution.
