FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of notarization, number of signatures, travel distance, and appointment time. I provide upfront quotes before scheduling so there are no surprises. Mobile service fees may apply for travel outside my standard service area. My goal is to keep pricing fair, transparent, and based on the specific needs of each appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, I first confirm the type of document, number of signers, location, and preferred appointment time. I then provide a quote and schedule the appointment. At the signing, I verify identification, ensure all documents are complete and ready for notarization, and guide the customer through the process in a professional and efficient manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Texas Notary Public, NNA certified, and compliant with the updated Texas notary training and exam requirements. I stay informed on Texas notary laws, proper identification procedures, and best practices to ensure every notarization is handled accurately and professionally.
