Introduction: I'm looking for potential clients in order to start my own catering business. I learned culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas where I was trained to be a culinary professional. I have between two to three years of professional experience, but I enjoy creating and sharing my own creative dishes. I opened the Onni Hotel in Dallas where a lot of my diversity began! I love what I do, so no day is truly a day of work to me! I travel up to 40 miles in distance from my home in Euless, and the price varies on the distance traveled!
