- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have competitive prices with the best work quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they contact me, I ask for essential questions about the project, such as, what tile they would like to use, time frame, layout, etc. After this, I am able to give an immediate estimate. If we come into an agreement, I provide a list of the materials needed (if you're the one providing) with pictures attached of the materials. I do this so my customers don't have a hard time finding the right things. Finally, I show up at the agreed date and time and do the work.

I have worked for all types of customers. This includes, general contractors, store owners, realtors and regular residential customers.
