Amazing amazing amazing work. We had a giant hole in our ceiling and LKRP was so responsive and quick to come out. They kept everything from getting dirty and we were able to feel secure and let them be in our house without us. Texture and painting looks just like the rest of our ceiling!

The team were punctual and gauged the requiremnets. Moved items, covered the items with plastic and started the work. Danny cut the drywall, inspected the area and then rebuilt the ceiling. On completion you could not tell if any work was done on the ceiling. They cleaned up the area and moved the items back. They did such a good work that I have asked them to do additional work.
This is how a job should get done. I state what I think I want. It's addressed, needs are brought up by contractor. Price is quoted, work to be completed written down. Started on time, finished on time. Completely fulfilled every item on list. Quality work, fast, but not rushed, and price was inline with my estimated costs. They weren't trying to retire off my one job, the work was quality, and I look forward to future business.

This was a great experience! I had them come and paint the house that I had just purchased and they said that it would take about 7-9 days to paint the whole house (had baseboards, trim, and doors one color and the walls another color). On the Monday that they started painting, my movers told me that they were going to be delivering early and that they would be at the new house in 5 days. I called Ramiro and told him the situation and he told me that they would try to hurry but didn't want to rush the process with the paint so that it has time to dry. We came in to town of Friday evening and the house was already done! They were able to finish the whole house in 5 days! The quality was great, so it wasn't like they cut corners in order to get it done in time. They made sure the house looked great and cleaned up everything when they were done, and the quality was fantastic! They came back 2 weeks later to touch up any thing that we had found and any blemishes the movers left, making sure that we were happy with their service and that everything was perfect. They were responsive, extremely easy to work with, and the cost was great for the quality that you get! We loved working with them and are going to have them come back to do a renovation project on our bathroom. I would highly recommend them!

My prices are not the lowest. But always negotiable. That being said, I take great pride in my work. Customers satisfaction is my number one goal!
