- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not the lowest. But always negotiable. That being said, I take great pride in my work. Customers satisfaction is my number one goal!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to meet with the customer and walk through the project together. I want to hear their ideas and also appreciate if they are open to taking advice from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on 10 years. Learned from pros. How to do things the right way. No cutting corners.
