Mustang Insulation did a great job insulating my attic. He was great at communicating his arrival time and any delays. Additionally I mentioned that the attic hatch seemed to leak a lot of cold air and he included an attic hatch cover. He didn’t have it with him when he came to do the job but came back with it. He and his crew were very careful with the hoses to make sure not to damage the walls or furniture. So many times you work with contractors and they say they are going to do something and don’t so it was great to work with someone who kept their word. Integrity!

This survey only allows me to select 3 of 5 possible items for what I liked about Mustang Insulation. I liked all 5. They did excellent work, they were on time, they were very professional, they were reasonably priced, and they were ready to complete the work before I was. I called to set up a date to do the work and they wanted to do it later that week. I needed time to get some things in the garage moved so they could access the attic easier. When they arrived, Matt listened to what I needed and made a few suggestions. The additional work was something I wanted to do anyway and his pricing was excellent, so I told him to go ahead. The work was completed quickly, it looks excellent, and we can already tell a huge difference in the climate inside the house. I can freely recommend Matt and Mustang Insulation.

Highly recommended. Matt was courteous, professional, and saved me money. I imagine a concern most people have is getting taken advantage of from a home renovation professional; this concern was quickly put to bed as Matt talked me out of spending extra money for work he didn’t think was needed based on his experience. He actually recommended a couple ideas to improve my attic’s efficiency. Matt chose to sacrifice a larger pay day for himself by being a decent person. This is integrity. The work he did was great. I hope to update my review in the future with a short cost analysis of my energy bill before and after insulation work. Thanks, Matt.
