- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a message, I asked when they would need the work done. Usually, I’m available to come same day if not the very next day. After finding out when they need me, I then look up the pricing of Parts and I provide them a screenshot so they know I’m not overcharging. After that, I give them a screenshot of the average cost of the job (so they see I’m the cheapest option) in our area, and I do it for cheaper than the lowest average. If they are quoted cheaper then my quote, I will gladly beat the other price after they provide me with some sort of proof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in automotive technology. Online dealership training for multiple manufacturers. Certified in Snap-On courses.
