- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system for roof cleaning a regular house/business siding, walkways, driveways, decks, fences' etc are based on square footage. Roof cleaning consist of 1 or 2 stories, slope of roof and how dirty the roof is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we stay abreast of any new ECO-FRIENDLY products available that will benefit our clients. We are members of various roof cleaning associations that focus on training and proper cleaning styles.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been providing pressure cleaning services for over 15 years. We were getting asked frequently about roof cleaning. We deciding to offer this service to our clients because we were subing the work out. I watched the sub contractor spray harsh chemicals on roofs and saw as it ran off the damage it did to siding, plants and grass. We realized after a period of research to offer the service but only if we could find and use ECO-Friendly products. We found on of the only suppliers in the country and began a business relationship. After using the products on our own homes we realized that we had found the ECO_FRIENDLY product we were searching for. Since then we have been providing roof cleaning and knowing we are not harming clients homes, plants, grass or animals.
