This was the best experience I’ve had with car repair. Mahmoud was very responsive in all communications. He visited twice, once to us and given an estimate and then after the parts arrived, to do the repair. Both times he was perfectly punctual. One of the parts I ordered was not the right part and he went to the auto parts store for me to pick up the right part. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my car is purring working perfectly. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with Mahmoud and highly recommend him! He came through for me the same day I reached out and was right on time. My car had completely died, and he not only jumped it but also followed me to the local auto parts store. He went inside, got the battery I needed, installed it on the spot, and then came back to my home to replace my valve cover gaskets and oil sensor. Mahmoud went above and beyond—he even caught that Jiffy Lube had overfilled my oil. He let me take care of it, left, and then returned exactly when he said he would to finish the job. He was very honest, upfront, and fair with his pricing (no surprises, the price he quoted stayed the price). He waived his diagnosis fee and rolled it into the labor, which was such a blessing. Not only was he quick and very knowledgeable, but he was also understanding of my situation with only having one vehicle. Thanks to his hard work, we were back on the road the same day! If you need a mechanic who is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers, Mahmoud is the one to call.
