FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in upfront, transparent pricing. My standard service call is $50, which covers travel and diagnosis. If you hire me to complete the repair during the visit, that fee is applied toward the labor whenever possible. Parts are billed separately, and for jobs requiring me to purchase parts, I may request a deposit before the appointment. You'll always receive an estimate before any repairs begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the vehicle's symptoms and any warning lights or recent repairs. Once on-site, I perform a diagnosis to identify the problem, explain my findings in simple terms, and provide an estimate before doing any work. If you approve the repair and parts are available, I try to complete it the same day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently attending Universal Technical Institute (UTI) to further my automotive education while gaining hands-on experience through real customer repairs. I continue to expand my knowledge by using service information, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer repair procedures.
