Edwin is very personable and really listens to what you want in a home. I would recommend Mars Hill Realty for buying/selling/renting a home. His team is the best I've seen in the real estate business. They really go to bat for the customer. All my phone calls have been returned in a timely manner. Valerie is very good at keeping good residents and the owners love her because she really cares about the condition of the home and is great at property management.

      What does a property management company do?

      Property management companies manage the rental of residential homes, apartments, condos, commercial spaces and retail spaces.       Why is property management important?

      Do property managers need to be licensed?
