- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In getting to know the customer I will talk to them about their issue and give them the options for repairs. Once they give me the okay I'll get started on getting them up and running again.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers. Anywhere from family and friends to government systems.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Please give as much info on your issue. As well as any pictures (they really help). Any model numbers for devices make looking up parts cost easier.
