I still compete in barbecue competitions. I am usually in the top 5.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for barbecue. I was a competition cook for many years before starting to cater.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings are my most frequent events but I also do birthday parties and retirements.
