- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not standard due to the nature of each project's uniqueness. A quote is most accurate when I understand the current problem, quality of current and future materials, potential issues, demolition, haul-away, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I visit the location of services to provide a free estimate: I LISTEN to the client. I ask questions on preferences. I discuss recommendations and suggestions. I describe the timeline and work process. I follow-up with an emailed, detailed estimate. I am always available and quickly respond via phone, text or email...whatever the client prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 23 years of experience in the construction industry. I have been responsible for multi million dollar commercial, residential and government projects as a job foreman/project manager. I am a licensed plumber/pipe fitter and licensed contractor with the city of San Antonio.
