October update: I have since unfortunately had to revise this review. We agreed to some more work that had a deadline associated with it. Initially Jennifer was responsive and said she was available whenever. Close to the day we were going to meet she rescheduled - which was totally fine with me. Then again she rescheduled, this time for the day before the deadline. I was a little nervous about leaving it so close to the deadline but she said it was "Perfect" so I stuck with it. Then on the day of, I texted her twice but heard nothing back. Now I'm left scrambling to figure out how to get the job done. I would not recommend someone so unprofessional and disrespectful. ------------------------------------------------ Jennifer helped me unpack a bunch of boxes that the movers had dropped off and suggested places to hang my pictures. She was very nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be hiring her again!

Thanks for the feedback Srin. My business is a cleaning business. I did agree to help you with data entry for your rental properties from my home, however, you said you didn’t want the confidential information leaving your home. I understood that. You weren’t ready for me to do anything until last week. I did reschedule due to illness and then the unexpected death of my uncle. I did not agree to be the one to file your taxes, that is not my job description and that is not the same as data entry. In the future, you need to be clear of your needs and not wait until the last minute to decide the deadline is urgent. Best wishes to you in your future endeavors.
