Absolutely horrendous customer service. Absolutely HORRENDOUS.We found a listing on Facebook marketplace for a router that Natalie was selling, we reached out around 3:30pm and were told "yes we have it but we close at 4. You can come get it tomorrow if we have it still." Rude, but okay.Next morning, we let Natalie know we were on our way and would be there in about 10 minutes. We hit some traffic and didn't get there for about 15 minutes after we said we would.We walk in the door and ask for the router and Natalie says "oh I knew you were coming, but I sold it".WHAT. THE. ****. How are you still in business? Honestly, I can't even fathom how you keep a customer base.

We just bought a house and wanted to be clean before moving in.I am shocked how they let one person "deep clean" my house with in 1.5 hours. Which theres no way for one person to clean this long. Even charge high just got one person who didnt complete the job as we requested.Did not wear masks or gloves when they came in during cornavirus!!... splatters still on the baseboard when we requested all baseboards are supposed to be clean. Did not clean bottom of our cabinets to clean the webs. Guess who had to do it? Me. We asked to be cleaned. Guess what. She just left without not finishing her job nor saying in a professional way , thank you for letting me clean your home.I let the business owner know about it. Did not apologized or not one word about it.I got an email to ask for a feedback. Owner was not happy and asked me to change to rating 4 stars bc it will hurt their business. That's not how you run business and asked your customers to do that when not please even ask for a favor which we will not use it again. It disappoint me even more. Sorry folks. I'm here to be honest than dishonest. I do not want other customers come home unhappy! Always make sure customers are happy before they come home and will request more appointments for your business. Have a great day!

Strange you have changed the stars on this review a few times? I don't understand? I spoke with you after the cleaning and an item was missed, and I offered to send a gift card and you seemed happy. I asked you why you gave us 3 stars and you commented on the items missed, I offered to send another gift card to make you happy. You seemed satisfied, but a several days later you lowered the stars again? Also you did not hire us for deep clean (I have the receipt & text messages), you hired us for 6 specific things to be cleaned in the home (not of what you are complaining about) and we completed. You were charged a service fee for the time we were at the home. The home was vacant and we followed CDC guidelines which do not require us to wear a mask in a vacant home. You did not request a mask or we would have worn one. The cleaning tech made sure you were satisfied before leaving, and you signed off on the cleaning. I am sorry you were unsatisfied. We did everything to rectify the situation. Please let us know if there was something more we could have done to satisfy you?

I hired a spouse for a few hours to install some curtain rods for me. I typically pride myself on being able to assemble and do most things myself, but these curtain rods were giving me a run for my money. After getting nowhere other than really frustrated I decided to contact Sometimes Spouse (which is the most clever name, by the way). The technician arrived on time, he was super friendly, I worked from home while he installed the rods and we chatted a bit too. He did an amazing job getting the rods hung securely and aesthetically pleasing. He even tolerated helping me redo a couple curtains when I realized I hung them up wrong. Based on this experience I will absolutely be using Sometimes Spouse again!!
