This company is not a move out cleaning company! We had to have a separate company come out and re-clean the house and carpets. I wouldn't even recommend them for general cleaning, I do better myself when I do a deep clean. WAY overpriced for the quality of work you receive. Yes, they do a walk through when done but if you're in a time crunch like we were, it was just easier to chalk it up to a lesson learned and a waste of almost 400 dollars!

Sometimes Spouse did clean this home, and the customer did sign off as satisfied. Customer was informed during the clean that carpet shampooer was malfunctioning, and we could not shampoo carpets, so yes she had to hire someone else to clean carpets. The ladies who actually performed the cleaning were very nice, polite, and congenial. However, the owner of the company was not easy to work with and did not listen to my needs which led to an overall unsatisfactory job and misunderstanding. In the end, after another conversation, she did attempt to right the situation which I appreciated.

Sometimes Spouse sent deep cleaning checklist to customer & let her know the expectations of the company for a deep cleaning. Sometimes Spouse only does deep cleanings, she wanted less, and I explained to the customer that we only do deep cleans and that is what we offered, she agreed to the deep clean & the price. I offered her a window cleaning for no additional charge, she demanded a refund. I explained to her the policies, and she was unhappy. She wanted a refund, after the fact, after the job was completed, and 2 weeks later? Sometimes Spouse is a business, run like a business.
