- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard of pay as you go. Cash or check Also have packages available. No refunds of pre paid lessons if YOU cancel or are a no show. If I need to cancel a lesson then I will reschedule that lesson to another date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To teach my student to be a confident and talented ride. To teach them it is an animal with feelings and needs total respect from the student and how the student can gain leader ship and respect back from the horse. One on one intense lessons. Always have a goal as to what the lesson will achieve from my student. The lesson horses are also show horse which will test the rider and teach you how to rider correctly. Teach from the basics through to advanced horse showing at the world level.
