J2 Transcription

Introduction: I've spent 20 years transcribing medical reports, having spent the past 15 years typing pathology from home full-time until the layoffs started last year. I'd held my position since 1998, and I was in the first round of layoffs. I'm a self-sufficient single parent living in Hondo, with my peaceful 15 year-old-daughter. I am willing to commute up to 50 miles one way for work. This covers all of San Antonio, and I am available to work any day of the week. I can transcribe all medical specialties but for three quarters of my career, I was a pathology-primary transcriptionist with radiology secondary, and these reports were typed from my home office in accordance with HIPPA regulations. Of course, I am qualified to transcribe anything from office notes to closed captioning for TV shows as well as being qualified to edit previously typed papers, if the language is English.
