- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending on the amount of transactions your company sees monthly, the amount of bank accounts / credit card accounts, and the complexity of the current state of your books.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The on boarding process to have us do your bookkeeping can vary from client to client. Many factors can come in to play such as; number of transactions a month, whether your books are in balance, what software you are currently using.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in General Business Studies, and am Quickbooks Online Certified, and Xero Certified.
