- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly and fixed rate pricing. For example if a customer needs bookkeeping services they can choose either to be charged hourly or they have the option to select one of our bookkeeping plans and be charged one monthly flat fee. We offer hourly and fixed fee pricing for bookkeeping, payroll and tax consulting and planning services. We offer fixed fee pricing only for tax preparation and notary services. Their is a $125.00 initial consultation fee which will be applied to any service of the client's choosing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new client is to conduct an initial consultation with the client which can be done over the phone, over the internet using Skype or any other type of virtual conferencing software or to meet with the client in person. We interview the client and learn as much as we can about the client's needs and then we offer the client solutions with a recommendation. Once the client has chosen which solution best suits them we agree on a time frame to start and finish their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Management. I am a licensed notary in the state of Texas and a CPA eligible candidate.
