I spoke with the owner and explained to him the exact problem I was having. I explained it was a water softer by culligan and told him what the display says. He showed up at my house just to call me and tell me the exact same thing I had already told. Why waste time driving to my house to tell me the same thing I told you, then try to sell me a new system. He collected a trip fee just to retell me what I told him. I didn’t find him to be honest and would not use him for the fact he didn’t do anything but show up at my house. Waste of $69.
