Came out to review the fridge noise and whilst did not fix it as he needed another person to help, was on time, courteous and professional. He also did not charge a call out fee due to not being able to fix it now. Very reasonable and fair…hire him for your appliance jobs, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service! William called immediately to schedule service and was very flexible with my schedule. He was very helpful in figuring out the issue with my ice maker and also tackled an issue I had been having with my dishwasher. He was very straightforward and honest, and explained the issues with both appliances. Not that I want to have broken appliances, but if I did I would call him back in a second. 10/10 recommend!
