- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is unique, but many clients can get the process started for as little as $250.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally have a brief telephone conversation, then arrange to meet at the office. After discussing the available bankruptcy options and related costs, we proceed to gather the necessary information from the client to begin the process with the Court.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required by the licensing agency to do at least 10 hours of continuing education each year. I typically take advantage of any opportunity to learn as much as I can about the profession.
