I had issues come up in my purchase of a property in another state due to the seller being a foreign person and I needed assistance with some issues, specifically the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act. I work on a flat-fee structure most time. As a virtual firm, I keep overhead low and provide support via online meetings and consultations. Most times, bundled work will receive a discount.
