Rick and his subs provided great service and quality work. They remodeled my master bathroom and stayed on schedule throughout the project. I would definitely use them again.

The work they did for me was well-planned and executed. ALE did a major remodel of my master bath as well as major-freshening of all the private parts of my home. The craftsmanship of the work, design advice and the helpfulness of the principal (Rick) and all the subcontractors was extraordinary. I will definitely use them again!

Rick and the ALE team provided A+ improvements, repairs, and paint to the exterior of our home. Weve received endless compliments on ALEs work. Rick is kind and professional. He desires to serve the client well, and he did that with us. The ALEs team (Rick and ALL subcontractors) were responsive and completed the project efficiently with top notch results.

Rick and his team have performed uniformly excellent work for our familys home in the West U area. Advanced Living Environments has smoothly completed several large remodeling and repair projects for us over the years as well as many smaller (but critical) jobs to keep our home in tip top shape. In addition to the quality of their work, I truly value the fact that Rick and his team are always prompt, friendly, and eager to please. Even when we have a emergency, Rick ensures that we have the right person available to solve our issues quickly, for which we are very grateful. We look forward to working with the ALE for many years in the future, and we would highly recommend them to others!

Water leak damage ruined part of a wood panel feature in our office. Santiago was able to recreate the wall to its original beauty. The workmanship was exceptional and Santiago's work ethic was very professional. Would highly recommend.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to give a "ballpark" price estimate on a remodel. The next step would be to create an itemized proposal with costs for Demo, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, etc. We charge a small fee for this service, but we'll credit it to your project if you move forward with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Short phone call or email to discuss your project.
2. Site visit at your house to discuss the project in more detail.
3. Create Itemized Proposal for project.
4. Contract is signed. Deposit is paid, and project is scheduled.
5. Construction begins.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. Will you be living in your house during the remodel?
2. Are you on a strict timeline for project completion?
3. What is your budget for the remodel?
4. What are you looking for in a Home Remodeling Company?
5. Is someone going to help with design/material selection decisions?
