Tell Projects was really incredible to work with. They helped me renovate my bathrooms and build a closet addition, which completely changed the feel and function of my house. The work was organized, very high quality, and done for a fair price. I really appreciated my two points of contact, Zach, the project manager, and Adrianna, who helped with so much financial and design coordination. They were both very receptive to any ideas I had and very clear about any additional work/timelines/etc.
This was my first larger-scale renovation as a homeowner, and I was nervous at first about everything that could go wrong, especially in an older house. But they did everything possible to set me at ease and make it a great experience. I will definitely use Tell Projects for any work on my home in the future.

Back in November 2024, my husband and I discussed remodeling the kitchen to something brighter and more spacious. The brown cabinets made the kitchen look dark and dreary. After meeting with several contractors, we hired Tell Projects. We met with Adrianna who listened to our vision for the remodel, listened to our concerns and provided us with their credentials. She set out to design what the kitchen could look like. Once we received the estimate and signed the contract we set a start date.
We were given a 3–4-week time frame, allowing for anything unexpected (like snowstorm Enzo on January 21 and 22). Project started January 2, 2025, with the demo, and was completed on January 27, 2025, with touch up painting and walk through. We could not be happier with the results.
The pictures do not do justice to what our kitchen now looks like, All the workers were courteous, friendly and professional. Some of the workers even offered suggestions on how to make the design more user friendly and complimentary. They left the site clean every time they worked on it. We would like to acknowledge all the staff that made our dream kitchen come to life.

Our multifamily property was in desperate need of updates, and Tell Projects handled the full multifamily renovation beautifully. They addressed every item in the habitability reports, upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, and made sure all work was compliant with inspection and permitting requirements. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once our project managers finish discussing the potential projects with our future clientele, they take lots of measurements, pictures and information. That information is brought back to the office where a custom estimate is put together for the project. It then runs through a pricing program which is provided to the client.
Don't be shy to let the project manager know if you are working on a budget, they can help you build a custom project to your budget as best as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer complimentary estimates as well as a complimentary consultation with our star design team if requested. We make sure that all of our client's questions are answered and make sure to let them know that we are always here to answer questions around the clock if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our decorated project manager holds multiple degrees in business and construction managment. Likewise, our crews hold all of the necessary licenses and requirements in order to execute a construction project in Texas.
