FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Keach Publishing Agency, every book project is different, so our pricing is based on the services, scope, and level of support an author needs. We provide clear, upfront proposals so you know exactly what is included before the project begins. Authors can work with us for individual services such as editing, cover design, formatting, publishing, audiobook production, or marketing, or choose a more comprehensive publishing package. We can also offer package pricing when multiple services are combined. Our goal is to provide professional publishing support without unnecessary services or hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to learn about the author, the manuscript, the stage of the project, and the author’s publishing goals. From there, we review the project and recommend the services needed. This may include manuscript editing, developmental editing, proofreading, book cover design, interior formatting, illustrations, publishing setup, distribution, audiobook production, printing, or book marketing. Once the scope is approved, the author is onboarded and introduced to the team working on the project. We establish the project timeline, collect the necessary files and information, and begin production. Throughout the process, our team stays in communication with the author, provides updates, shares work for review and approval, and guides the project through each stage until the book is ready for publication and launch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Keach Publishing Agency works with professionals experienced in different areas of the publishing industry, including editors, writers, designers, illustrators, publishing specialists, marketing professionals, and project managers. Our team combines publishing knowledge with practical experience in manuscript development, editing, book design, distribution, digital publishing, author branding, and book marketing. Because publishing involves several specialized disciplines, we assign professionals according to the specific requirements of each book rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
