This is not the first time I have used Aire Serv and I am very please with them. Zeek did a tremendous job not only servicing my mini split units, but informing me of certain maintenance that I need to take care of concerning the outside condenser, as well as removing the inside units from the wall for detail cleaning. Please don't wait until your unit breaks down. I highly recommend regular maintenance to get the best from your unit, and that is where Aire Serv comes in.

Zeke!! Thats your guy! I cannot recommend this technician enough! He went above and beyond during a highly stressful situation in my home. He was incredibly thorough with his inspection, carefully taking the time to show me exactly where the damage was and explaining everything clearly. He didnt just hand me a single bill; he laid out all the options available so I could make an informed decision. On top of his professional expertise, his character and helpfulness were outstanding, he even went out of his way to assist with the disposal process, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Every job is quoted before any work begins, and customers always approve the price first. Diagnostic fees apply, but they are waived with approved repairs. We also offer seasonal promotions, bundled tune-up discounts, and financing options for installations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple:
Initial Call / Booking – We gather basic information about the issue and schedule a convenient appointment.
On-Site Diagnosis – A certified technician performs a full system evaluation and presents clear, upfront pricing.
Customer Approval – We explain all options, answer questions, and only begin work with your approval.
