Finally she reached Mecheale at 1-800-Plumber who said they would send someone immediately since it was an emergency. After sending photos and describing the problem over the phone, the technician concluded that the problem was minor. Edward arrived around 6:30 pm and fixed the problem in less than an hour. The lines were clogged so he cleaned and pressurized the lines and removed the nasty residue which also required some plumbing work. Edward gave us an honest and fair price and was extremely professional. I will use him for our annual service contract because he earned my trust. I will also recommend him to our entire neighborhood because he also lives in Richmond, TX. I give him 5 Stars so the Academy Award goes to, EDWARD!!!"See more

Had an urgent case where the AC broke down stopped cooling during the summer heat in Houston, TX. Found them after going through several contractors who could come out the same day and has all the parts and equipment for an entire 3 ton HVAC system replacement and came out the next day to finish the job with the full replacement and at a very reasonable price as well. Got to speak with Felix the whole time who was extremely nice, helpful and courteous. The team was very professional, quick and efficient. Everyone did a great job. They also provided 10 years warranty for parts and 2 years for labor. I'll go back to them for any other issues they can help with. Strongly recommend them.

Did not show up as promised. Followed up asking if they would show and no response for hours. (Update: Tristan tried to bribe me with $75 to change this review) READ THEIR YELP REVIEWS FIRST! They installed a brand new unit and within the next day my tenant tells me there is no air conditioning and their is water leaking from the vents. I called and texted multiple times, no responses. I asked my tenant to call and no response. After a few days, he finally comes and says the issue is it needs more refrigerant. The tenant tells me it's a little better but continues to tell me it's not working well about 2 or 3 times a week. (How does this make sense with a brand new unit?) I call around and find a friend's AC contractor and he comes to inspect free of charge. He sends me pictures and tells me whoever installed this unit took shortcuts and did not seal the plenums along with punctured ducts allowing all the cold air to go into the attic. My friend's contractor told me they did the bare minimum and didn't care to do a thorough job to make sure everything was running properly and that they're lazy. Additionally, they could have done this to milk money out of customers who don't understand AC work. After spending a few more thousand with my friend's contractor who had to clean up HVAC Heroes(Tristan's) mess, the AC runs fine. My tenant tells me it's way better than before, it's colder air and more airflow coming through the vents. And no more complaints from my tenant. For those researching and reading the reviews, pay a reputable company, yes they may be more expensive but the professionalism, courtesy, and quality work goes a long way. I also used One Hour Heating & AC for a new unit, they are very fast and responsive. I paid a little more with them but have had no issues. And if you count the extra costs with my friend's contractor it cost me the same, and I should have gone with the brand name vs. trying to save a little. Tristan, my only ask is that you should do the right thing and refund all the customers you have taken advantage of especially that senior citizen who called you out on Yelp.
