- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Offer A/C replacement two Choices: 1 - Total full replacement including the Outdoor Condenser unit and the indoor (Furnace/Air handler with cooling & heat), with R410A refrigerant. 2 - Regular Change-Out,(includes New Outdoor condenser unit and the Attic cooling coil system, AHU/ Furnace w/Warranty, a new drain pan with a new drain line, a new safety overflow switch, locking caps, and a Digital programmable thermostat), if any Air duct replacement with R-8 by Code.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer agrees with APM terms, the customer can pay 50% of the price in advance and 50% when the work is done with the customer's approval. We accept any type of Credit card plus card fees, Personal checks, Zelle, etc How long to start the process, by the next day if the equipment is available. Usually, any A/C change-out takes from 5-7 hours, during the daytime. A couple of days after the job is done the warranty certificate from the manufactory will be sent to the customer APM extends the Labor warranty only for one year after finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly taking upgrade classes and new guidelines from ASHRAE, EPA, and from Technical support manufactories. Updating with new techniques and equipment in the trade
