The AC went out around 10 pm and my wife woke me up to let me know. I’m conditioned to heat. Came on here and posted a help ad. The owner called me maybe 15 minutes after the posting. He sent his guy that Thursday and Miguel and I where both stuck in traffic really close to each other Going on vacation the next day vacation in Puerto Rico win win! Nope out of the blue Texas thunder storm comes in. He was able to diagnose the issues and they sale a service which I purchased. Finally trying to be an adult. We scheduled another appointment for the day after our vacation. On time like usual and he cleaned my whole unit, cleared some blocked drains It sucks paying but with the service I received well worth it.

Amazing….Lalo was punctual, professional, fast and efficient! Lalo came did his diagnostic checks and presented me with his findings. Took his time to explain everything to me. Shawn came later to do the financing, and he went above and beyond to get the main part that we needed instead of waiting thru this Labor Day weekend. Much appreciated to Freedom Comfort systems and their team for keeping my family from this Texas summer heat

Mr.Miguel from Freedom Comfort contacted me for my appointment. he was on time at my door. He is very professional and understood the issue. He did lot of search to identify the problem. finally.they gave a reasonable quote and fixed the issue. they way he and Mr.Shan explained the issue made sense to understand the problem. i recommend Freedom contact.

I contacted my home warranty company as my Air Con was not blowing cold air and after having the worst customer experience with First American Home Warranty company they finally connected me with John P, owner of Freedom Comfort Systems. John was great and got his guy Lalo out to my home the following day and solved my problem without a hitch. Bar none the best AirCon/Heating companies I have ever worked with and I've had a number historically living all over the US! These guys are A+!

We would love the opportunity to do routine furnace maintenance/ checks in the fall and AC pre-summer checks in the spring ad-hoc or as a Freedom Comfort Systems "Comfort Club" maintenance member ;-)

We begin by listening to your concerns and scheduling a convenient appointment. Our licensed technician performs a thorough inspection and diagnostic, explains the findings in plain language, and provides repair or replacement options with upfront pricing. Once approved, we complete the work professionally, test the system for proper operation, and answer any questions before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Freedom Comfort Systems is fully licensed and insured in the State of Texas TDLR regulatory body. Our technicians have NATE certification extensive hands-on experience servicing, repairing, and installing residential HVAC systems. We stay current with industry best practices and manufacturer training to ensure our customers receive safe, reliable, and energy-efficient solutions.
