I am always skeptical of air conditioning repairs BUT, the service I received today was of the highest level I have ever received. My technician was very professional, resolved the issue, and erased my skepticism. I have designated this company as my “go to” in the future. OUTSTANDING COMPANY AND SERVICE! Glacial Air is great! My 20 year old ac condenser went out Tuesday evening at 8pm. I put out request for help all over online sites before 9pm. Jordan called early Wednesday morning and was here before 10am. Jordon went over and explained all my options regarding the condenser unit and had even brought to my attention that I had a minor issue with my coil. I met with others and found that Glacial Air’s price and availability of installation was better than the rest. We had a new condenser put in running and cooling by 4pm the same day. Jordan’s knowledge and honesty helped me make the best decision. Definitely recommend this company. Will be using these guys going forward. Thank you Glacial Air! - Jared
