If I could give **HVAC Heroes** and **Tristan** more than five stars, I absolutely would.
I own and manage multiple rental properties in Pearland and Houston, so finding an HVAC company that is reliable, honest, and responsive is incredibly important to me. One of my tenants lost airconditioning today, and after calling several companies that couldn't get to us for a couple of days, I tried reaching out through Thumbtack. HVAC Heros/Tristan responded almost immediately. He originally scheduled a technician to come out within just a few hours, but when that technician unexpectedly became unavailable, Tristan personally stepped in to keep the appointment rather than making my tenant uncomfortable another day. That level of customer service is rare these days and immediately impressed me.
When he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He even came out to give me a **free estimate**. He diagnosed and repaired the problem in **less than 30 minutes**, charged a very fair price for the repair, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Tristan was great. He replaced a capacitor for me (as recommended by another HVAC company) but that wasn’t the issue so he came back the next day, diagnosed the noise issue and fixed it within a couple of hours. Highly recommend HVAC Heroes. They are very responsive and knowledgeable.
