I cannot sing his praises enough. He installed my dehumidifier and also helped solve a persistent issue with one of my rooms being warmer than the rest of the house. He is hardworking, honest, trustworthy, and genuinely thoughtful. When something is difficult, he takes the time to figure it out and offers different solutions rather than just pushing the most expensive option. An absolute gem of a man and someone I trust and would recommend without hesitation.

I am so glad I continued to compare quotes. The company is of the mindset that air conditioning should be affordable. As for price he beat out his competition by far. When he came to inspect he was thorough. He spent quite a bit of time investigating the problem. Looking in the attic and outside. Taking things apart to be sure instead of just telling me I needed a new system because mine was old. He found out it was a piece on the outside that was causing the AC to freeze. He let me know I could fix those things for now or I could buy a new condenser and coil. He gave me all my options not just the suggestion to buy it all new. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest and affordable company. *They also offer financing and in the end for the price I did buy the condenser and the coil new. Best price by far

Great job done! I called KTS for fixing my AC unit. I had another company telling me the blower fan motor was bad! He wanted to charge me $1400. Kenneth came from KTS and let me know the blower fan motor was fine and the problem was the capacitor!!! He replaced it and fixed the problem for $200. He saved me $1200. For his honesty, professionalism and same day service we have chosen KTS for any future repairs for our ac, heating and water heater units. Thank you Kenneth for your honesty and customer service.
