Reliable, competent AC and air services!Kenneth is hands down the BEST AC contractor we have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, on time, and fix things spot on!We have a problematic AC that was installed in an awkward spot, not to mention the AC manufacturer has no accessible contractors. We had tried half a dozen AC companies in town no one seems to be able to fix our issue. Kenneth showed up, examined every details of the AC, proposed an inexpensive replacement, had folks out replaced the unit and up running timely.Stay cool :)

Kenneth Reeise from KTS Heating and Air is the best. Let me tell you my experience, and you will understand why.Kenneth worked for a previous company that installed a heat pump unit for me. His service and explanation of every detail was exceptional. But here is the best part.Six months later, I made an emergency call to Kenneth because the thermostat was not sending the correct signals to the unit when it was in heating mode. Kenneth made a 3 1/2 hour drive on a Saturday to come to my home to fix a wiring problem in the thermostat, and he was already with KTS and not with the company that installed my unit, JUST BECAUSE I WAS IN A TIME OF NEED and needed a quick solution in cold weather. Now you understand why I say he is the best. His commitment to you when you need him will be unconditional.

Quick service, they helped us out when we were in a pinch. I called eight different companies on a Saturday evening and this was the one company that got back to me that could come out on a Saturday night. Not only were they able to come out on a weekend evening, but they did so with the best customer service that Ive ever seen from an AC company. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
