Great job done! I called KTS for fixing my AC unit. I had another company telling me the blower fan motor was bad! He wanted to charge me $1400. Kenneth came from KTS and let me know the blower fan motor was fine and the problem was the capacitor!!! He replaced it and fixed the problem for $200. He saved me $1200. For his honesty, professionalism and same day service we have chosen KTS for any future repairs for our ac, heating and water heater units. Thank you Kenneth for your honesty and customer service.

I am so glad I continued to compare quotes. The company is of the mindset that air conditioning should be affordable. As for price he beat out his competition by far. When he came to inspect he was thorough. He spent quite a bit of time investigating the problem. Looking in the attic and outside. Taking things apart to be sure instead of just telling me I needed a new system because mine was old. He found out it was a piece on the outside that was causing the AC to freeze. He let me know I could fix those things for now or I could buy a new condenser and coil. He gave me all my options not just the suggestion to buy it all new. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest and affordable company. *They also offer financing and in the end for the price I did buy the condenser and the coil new. Best price by far

I contacted the company late evening one day, and I got an immediate response by the owner, who showed up the following day to fix my problem. Very professional and knowledgeable, I never got the impression of being oversold. He explained everything in detail and was able to fix a 2nd issue that we realized was happening after the 1st (original) problem was resolved. Definitely recommend the company hands down.

Reliable, competent AC and air services!Kenneth is hands down the BEST AC contractor we have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, on time, and fix things spot on!We have a problematic AC that was installed in an awkward spot, not to mention the AC manufacturer has no accessible contractors. We had tried half a dozen AC companies in town no one seems to be able to fix our issue. Kenneth showed up, examined every details of the AC, proposed an inexpensive replacement, had folks out replaced the unit and up running timely.Stay cool :)
