After my AC unit stopped working, The Lee Thompson Co was able to promptly replace my compressor and get my AC working again. Additionally, when my AC temporarily stopped working a few hours later due to another issue, they responded right away and quickly sent the tech back out (even though it was 10 pm at this point) to fix the issue. I appreciate that they tried to find me the most cost-effective solution and didn't try to upsell me like another AC repair firm that I'd gotten a quote from.
