Roberto was definitely a man of his word. He arrived at the time he told me. He and his team did quality work pouring a slab for a generator. They also replaced part of my driveway that was sinking and broken up. In the process of demolition of the old driveway part of my sprinkler pipes were broken as well as a broken sprinkler head. The builder had run part of the sprinkler pipes underneath the driveway which I had no knowledge of. Part of Roberto’s team tried to claim the pipes were already broken but I knew this was not true because the sprinklers had come on that very morning of the demo. Instead of informing me of the broken sprinkler pipe they poured the new concrete. Upon inspection of the final work I found the broken pipe in my yard and I asked what happened to the pipe. Upon testing my sprinkler system we discovered zone 3 was not operating and the water bubbled up from underneath the newly poured driveway from the broken pipe. Roberto immediately started troubleshooting how the repairs could be made and assured me he would figure out a solution to repair my sprinkler system. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. He took responsibility of the damage caused by his crew and he found a solution to repair my sprinkler system. I appreciate his dedication to making sure the problem was resolved.
