- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What are your price for classes? Price varies regarding the size of the class. Our prices are amongst the lowest in the industry. We will meet your needs and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see what my customer needs are before we get started. After I learn my customer needs, I will set the class up so I can make learning easy for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take an instructor certification every two years to renew my CPR and First Aid certifications. I have to pass a written and practical test in order to teach classes for all certifications.
