- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheapest but I am definitely not the most expensive. However, I offer some of the fairest payment plans that I have seen in my years of practicing. You get what you pay for and with me you get one of the few top ranked attorneys in Texas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically get the client to let me know their understanding of what happened. Then I make sure they let me know their needs and wants from their case. Next we discuss what I will do to meet their needs and wants. We then agree on a plan of action and lastly I execute the plan and don’t stop until the client receives the favorable result they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had almost 15 years of experience handling everything from trespass to Murder cases. I have been trained by top experts in the science behind DWIs and even wrote a book to help readers avoid getting arrested for a DWI. I have been blessed to get a large number of my cases dismissed.
