Introduction: After 25 years of working in this field, I understand that while I have many legal concerns at the same time, you only have one. I make myself available to answer your questions, after hours and on weekends if necessary. I know that YOUR case is the most important case to you. And I keep that in mind when communicating with my clients. Divorce is never easy, but it doesn't have to be horrible. I deal with opposing counsel in a professional manner. Not only does that make the experience less stressful for my client but I find it helps to contain costs. Of course sometimes a more aggressive approach is required, but I really enjoy helping to shield my clients from the less pleasant parts of the process. Many times, if there are children involved, I'm told my approach makes the process less stressful for the children as well. I am happy to discuss your case with you without cost to determine whether or not I would be a good fit for your particular needs. Until we have that first consultation, I am unable to estimate the cost of legal expenses. Once we've had an opportunity to talk, I'll have a better idea of what you need and I will do my best to estimate the costs at that time.
