FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand pricing can be a factor, but the cheaper option isn't always the way to go. If you hire me, you're not just hiring a "dog groomer." You will pay for the quality of the work, my credentials, AND the many years experience I have spent furthering my education and knowledge in my profession.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. We can speak briefly about your needs, I gather your info and I can set up an appointment right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years professional pet grooming experience. This includes experience managing pet salons, academy training and veterinary grooming. I worked as a pet stylist for almost 9 years at an animal hospital. During my time there I've learned how to spot many skin and medical issues in pets that most groomers in salons don't know how to properly recognize. I am a registered member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America, a Certified Veterinary Assistant through the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, a Certified Safe Pet Stylist through the AKC and Certified In Canine First Aid and CPR.
